Lightest Double Stroller
When looking for a lightweight double-stroller, its folded dimensions and weight are key aspects to take into consideration. When not in use, pick an infant stroller that is easy to maneuver and compact. pushchairsandprams will allow it to store in your car trunk, and also to navigate through airport security and foreign roads.
The most lightweight strollers have a simple, easy fold that allows them to stand up on their own. This reduces stress on the body of the parent. A few also come with a broad range of seating configurations and can accommodate infant car seat carriers.
Kolcraft Cloud Plus
Designed for families who are constantly on moving. Lightweight and easy to carry in one hand compact fold. All-terrain wheels with front suspension, as well as a multi-position reclining seats can accommodate children up to 50 pounds. Trays for parents and children along with a large storage bin and three-tier canopy with windows that peek out to maximize sun protection.
The Cloud earned one of the lowest scores on our tests of quality due to its thin feel with hard plastic seats, and a design that feels old-fashioned. It is also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter. This makes it a poor option for those seeking a budget option.
Although it's not the lightest double stroller, it has enough features that are worth considering. Its swiveling wheels make easy for you to maneuver it on flat surfaces. It also allows you to jump curbs with ease. The Cloud's low handle is a problem however, as it's at knee height, and not adjustable. It's not easy to push while your legs are dangling in that way. And the lack of padding doesn't make it any easier.
In our tests during our testing, we discovered the Cloud to be easy to open and set up. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You need to slide the slider before you press the large white button. This can be frustrating especially if you're trying to manage kids at the same time.
The Cloud comes with a tiny but spacious storage basket. It can fit a large diaper bag. It's a bit narrow however it's likely that you'll need to put something in to reach back to retrieve it. The Cloud includes two tray for parents and a child tray each with two cup holders. But both are too narrow for larger bottles or cups.
The Kolcraft brand has been around since 1946 and is a third generation family-owned business. They began by manufacturing crib pads and diapers and now they produce various baby products, including highchairs and infant car seats. The company is located in Chicago, and is an American manufacturer.
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a fairly barebones lightweight double stroller that's perfect to travel with. It weighs only 18 lbs, which is lighter than many single strollers. It folds flat, making it easy to transport and store. It also has independently reclined seats, large all-weather SPF 50 sun visors with peekaboo windows and extra-large under-seat storage bags. The visors are adjustable to accommodate children of different heights. Plus, it has one-step linked parking brake and is Disney-size approved.
The swivel wheels on the Jeep are also awesome for navigating over bumps and uneven surfaces. This stroller doesn't accept car seats. Your child must be at least six months old and possess a strong neck control to be able to ride in the front seat. It does come with three panels of a nice sun canopy, however and each seat comes with its own snack tray as well as cup holders for the parents.
Another stroller that is extremely light is Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's heavier than Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 lbs. However, it's narrower and smaller (26.5 inches wide!) and comes with a lot of luxe features that make it ideal for travel. It is easy to fold, very maneuverable, and can easily fit into the overhead compartments and the trunks of planes.

Like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold ultralight double stroller. It's similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but it has a few distinct differences. It's more expensive but offers a more shady sun canopy and better maneuverability. It comes with a handy carrying strap and can accommodate kids weighing up to 44 pounds for each seat.
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+
If you're looking for a stroller that's light in weight but also packed with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It is not only incredibly light at only 13 pounds but also comes with a ton of storage options, including child and parent cupholders as well as a sippy-cup pouch for children, a parent's storage pocket and so on. It's designed to grow with your child from a newborn stroller to an adult stroller by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months old and older.
This stroller only has swivel wheels and has no locking capabilities and therefore may not be the best option for steep or rocky terrain. It's still a good option for families of all sizes, since it can be easily maneuvered on pavements and other smooth surfaces.
This is one of the most compact and lightweight double strollers, with all-size features. The quick-close feature lets the stroller to fold with just one hand, and it's small enough to fit easily into your trunk or garage. It can also be used an infant stroller and is compatible with a variety of car seats without the need for extra adapters.
In contrast to most strollers that are lightweight unlike other strollers that are lightweight, the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ has two separate seats that can accommodate up to 50 pounds per seat (100 lb total). The seats come with individual leg rests, as well as three-panel canopy that has an open-top sunvisor and a peekaboo window.

Joovy Kooper X2
The Kooper X2 double stroller is a great choice for parents who want an easy-to-use double that can carry two kids. Its sling style seats are comfortable and they provide the same amount of headroom as other double strollers. This allows kids to sit together. In contrast to other strollers that are side-by-side, the Kooper X2 offers a fully reclined seat that is a great option for napping. Its recline mechanism is simple to operate but it isn't completely flat. Children who are taller may find that they have a dangling leg when sitting in a reclined posture. It also comes with a large canopy that we found to be superior at blocking out sunlight than other strollers in our best double strollers review.
The stroller is light enough to maneuver through door frames, which was a major problem for us with other strollers we tested. It is easy to fold and the handlebars are close to the ground. The only downside is the small storage space. When it's full of toys for kids, it feels cramped.

We also analyzed the durability and strength of each model, and whether it has a tray for parents that can hold both children tray.
The Joovy Kooper X2 earned the top rating for user-friendliness in our most recent update of the best double strollers guide, and one of the top scores in our Strollers test program overall. Its easy-to use design includes a one hand, non-tilt recline and a large canopy that has ventilation mesh that you can see through even when it is tilted.
